What does the BoQ checker find?
Rows where quantity × rate does not equal the amount, section and page totals that do not add up, amounts with no quantity or rate, and rates that differ for the same item code. Each one is listed with its page and row.
What do I get?
An Excel file with the BoQ in clean columns (item, description, unit, quantity, rate, amount), descriptions that wrapped onto several lines joined into one cell, real numbers, and the problem rows highlighted with a note — plus a summary sheet.
Does it work on scanned BoQs?
Yes. Scanned pages are read with OCR right in the checker, in your browser — about 10–20 seconds a page, nothing uploaded. Rows read by OCR are marked so you can check their figures against the picture of the row. The free daily use reads the first 10 scanned pages; NEMO Pro Tools reads them all.
